2025 Vendor Information

LOCATION: Florida State University School of Dance, 130 Collegiate Loop, Tallahassee, FL 32304.

ONLY INDOOR SPACES AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY AT THE FSU SCHOOL OF DANCE for ALL VENDORS.

Vending Options:

FESTIVAL MARKETPLACE HOURS: Friday and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

VENDOR SET-UP TIME: Friday and Saturday is 8:30 a.m.

VENDOR BREAKDOWN TIME: Friday and Saturday is 7:00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Applications should be received no later than June 2, 2025.

PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO SET UP IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A

WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THE FESTIVAL COORDINATOR.

RULES:

VENDORS MUST ARRIVE AT THE REQUIRED SET-UP TIMES OR RISK LOSING THEIR SPACES.
No refunds unless deemed acceptable by the Festival Committee.
No food vendors will be accepted. This includes packaged snacks, beverages, and homemade food items.
CASH TRANSACTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS. All vendors are required to provide their own electronic payment systems to process sales. Whether that is one or all of the following listed: credit card reader such as Stripe or Square, CashApp, Zelle, PalPay, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Etc.
All vendors must adhere to set-up and breakdown times.
Vendors should provide their own tables, chairs, and tents.
Space allotment for each vendor will be 10 ft. X 10 ft.
One (1) vendor observation pass will be provided to vendors for the dance and drum workshop events ONLY. The vendor observation pass allows you entrance into the dance and drum workshops ONLY to observe. Offenders will lose this privilege.
Make money orders and cashier’s checks payable to: Ayoka Afrikan Drum and Dance, Inc.
ALL children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
***By registering to be a Vendor at "It's Ayoka For Me! 2025" you hereby agree to release the Ayoka Afrikan Drum and Dance, Inc., and all associated entities from any responsibility for any damage to you or your property while a Vendor at this event.
